This website (the “Site”) is operated by Aitele Research LLP (“Aitele”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability partnership of which Abhedya is a venture. Abhedya builds edge-resident, link-survivable, auditable software for the sovereign defence of the realm.

The capabilities described across this Site are products and services in development. They are not representations of fielded, certified or operationally accredited systems, and nothing here is an offer, a tender, or a contractual commitment.

Any figures shown on the Site — for example a benchmark accuracy or an “on-device” characteristic — are bounded results or design properties stated in their own context, reported with their conditions and known limits. The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, the heraldic shield mark, software, and the underlying methods and know-how — are owned by Aitele Research LLP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The sovereign IP behind our capabilities is built in India and remains ours.

“Abhedya” (अभेद्य), the Abhedya product codenames, the RSN (Reverse Synthetic Network) name, and the names and marks of Aitele Research and its related ventures (including Siddha) are trademarks or unregistered marks of Aitele Research LLP, whether or not so marked. No right or licence to use them is granted by this Site.

You may view and, for your own internal and non-commercial reference, print or save reasonable portions of the public pages. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, for general information only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, regulatory or operational advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aitele Research LLP, its partners, designated partners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site — whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

Nothing here excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Defence and security software is inherently dual-use. Abhedya is designed and supplied with applicable export-control and trade-compliance obligations in mind — including, where relevant, India’s SCOMET controls and the rules governing defence procurement — and any deployment is subject to those regulations and to the customer’s own evaluation and accreditation.

Where the Site refers to innovation or procurement channels — such as iDEX / DIO, DRDO programmes and Make-in-India routes — those references describe avenues through which we intend to engage. They do not imply any award, accreditation, endorsement or government affiliation.

Nothing on the Site — including any reference to funding, growth or the venture’s development — is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, an invitation to invest, or financial advice. Any such matter would be addressed separately, in writing, with the appropriate parties and disclosures.

Our products are designed to be edge-resident: where a capability is deployed, operational data is intended to stay on the institution’s own hardware. That posture concerns deployed systems. This section concerns the personal information you give us through the Site itself.

When you submit a request-a-briefing or contact form, we process the contact and message details you provide for the limited purpose of responding to your enquiry and of operating and securing the Site. We do not sell your information, we share it only as needed to respond to you or as required by law, and we retain it only for as long as is reasonably necessary for that purpose or as the law requires.

Consistent with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have submitted, or raise a grievance about how it is handled, by writing to hello@aiteleresearch.com.

The Site may link to other Aitele Research ventures and to third-party sites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, practices or availability of external sites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

This notice, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or with your use of the Site, is governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
