Terms & Conditions

The terms on which this site may be used. Clear, sober, and aligned with how we work: lawful defence use, authorised access only, and capabilities that are in development rather than fielded claims.

01

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Abhedya website and any pages, content and forms made available through it (together, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Aitele Research LLP (“Aitele”, “we”, “us”), of which Abhedya is a venture.

By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

02

Eligibility & authorised access

The public pages of the Site are informational. They describe products and services in development and are not an offer, a representation of a fielded system, or technical advice.

The sign-in area, including the Arsenal Command and any associated consoles or briefing tools, is restricted to authorised, vetted personnel only. There is no public sign-up and no self-service account creation. Access is granted by us on a need-to-know basis and may be conditioned, limited, suspended or withdrawn at our discretion. Any credentials issued to you are personal, non-transferable, and must be kept confidential; you are responsible for activity carried out under them and must notify us promptly of any suspected compromise.

Attempting to reach, enumerate or access restricted areas without authorisation is prohibited and may be unlawful.

03

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and only for legitimate purposes. In particular, you must not:

  • scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror or systematically extract content, data or contact information from the Site by any automated means;
  • probe, scan, test the vulnerability of, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the sign-in area, any account, or any connected system or network;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, introduce malicious code, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure;
  • circumvent, disable or defeat any security, authentication or access-control measure;
  • impersonate any person or organisation, or submit false, misleading or unlawful information through any form;
  • use the Site or any material from it for any purpose that is unlawful, that breaches applicable export controls or sanctions, or that is inconsistent with lawful defence and security use.
04

Confidentiality of briefing materials

Any briefing materials, demonstrations, documentation, specifications or other non-public information shared with you — whether through the sign-in area, a request-a-briefing exchange, or otherwise — are confidential. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may use them only for the purpose for which they were provided, must not disclose them to third parties, and must protect them with at least reasonable care.

Where a separate non-disclosure agreement or contract is in place between your organisation and Aitele, that agreement governs the handling of the relevant information.

05

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, the Abhedya name and marks, the heraldic shield mark, software, and the underlying methods and know-how — are owned by Aitele Research LLP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The sovereign IP behind our capabilities is built in India and remains ours.

You may view and, for your own internal and non-commercial reference, print or save reasonable portions of the public pages. No other right or licence is granted. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

06

How data is handled

Our products are designed to be edge-resident: where a capability is deployed, it is intended to run on the institution’s own hardware so that operational data does not leave the room. That posture concerns deployed systems, not this website.

When you use the Site itself — for example, by submitting a request-a-briefing form — we process the contact and message details you provide for the limited purpose of responding to your enquiry and of operating and securing the Site. We do not sell your information, and we retain it only for as long as is reasonably necessary for that purpose or as required by law.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have submitted, or raise any concern about how it is handled, by writing to hello@aiteleresearch.com.

07

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, for general information only. Capabilities described on the Site are products and services in development — not claims of fielded systems, and not warranties of performance, fitness or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, legal, regulatory or operational advice; you should not act on it without appropriate independent verification.

08

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aitele Research LLP, its partners, designated partners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site — whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where any liability is permitted to be capped, it will be limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

09

Lawful use & operator control

Our capabilities are intended for lawful defence and security use only. Deployment is subject to applicable export-control regulations and sanctions, and to an operator-controlled, human-in-the-loop design: consequential decisions remain with authorised human operators. You agree not to use the Site, or anything obtained through it, to facilitate any use that would be unlawful or that would breach these requirements.

10

Links & third parties

The Site may link to other Aitele Research ventures and to third-party sites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, practices or availability of external sites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

11

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our offering, or the law. The current version is the one published on this page, and the “Last updated” note below indicates when it last changed. Your continued use of the Site after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
